Data Tool

Directions to access the WASC Data Tool:

1. 1. Open the Google Slide that contains the county listings.

   2. Find and click on your school's county.

   3. Locate your school in the list (schools are identified by both name and CDS code).

   4. Once in the Google Sheet, review the instructions in the "Directions" tab at the bottom.

The WASC Data Tool updates three times yearly for continuous monitoring. The latest update will always appear here, while the archieved versions will be linked below. 

California K-12 Public Schools, with enrolled high school students, will receive pre-populated Google Sheets with three years of publicly available data integrated with Gemini AI. This eliminates manual data collection for Chapter 2 and enables AI-assisted trend analysis by student groups. The AI integration frees staff to focus on validation and deep discussions about how data informs continuous improvement strategies for student achievement and well-being.
